Final pricing will be confirmed at check-in. **No Grooming for Severely Matted Coats, Skin Conditions, or Fleas We will not groom dogs with severe matting, visible skin conditions, or any signs of fleas. These issues must be fully resolved before booking a grooming appointment. No exceptions. Add-On **Extra Brushing – $2 per minute charge for gentle removal of tangles and mats. Please note, this service is intended for minor tangling only and does not cover severe matting. A consultation prior to grooming is required to assess your pet’s coat condition. We will proceed only if your dog is comfortable with brushing, and will stop immediately if any signs of stress or discomfort arise to ensure your pet’s well-being. **Express Service Designed to provide comfort and reduce stress during grooming, this one-on-one experience offers your dog full attention from start to finish with no breaks or cage time. Recommended for: • Puppies • Senior dogs • Anxious or sensitive pets **Required for dogs aged 14 and older. Please be sure to request this service when booking. If not confirmed prior to the appointment, your appointment may be subject to cancellation to ensure your pet’s safety. **Pets that may require a Special Handling Fee: To ensure a comfortable and safe grooming experience, this fee applies to pets who may need a little extra care and attention, including: Dogs who are sensitive or easily anxious Dogs who may feel uneasy or show challenging behavior during grooming Senior dogs over 7 years old or those with special health needs Dogs new to grooming or still getting used to the process Dogs with physical limitations or requiring special assistance If special handling is not sufficient to safely complete the grooming, Express Grooming will be required to ensure your pet’s comfort and safety. **All grooming services are available with our Senior Groomer (10+ years of experience) for an additional $40. Cancellation Policy
Please review our policies and then sign date at the bottom: Please review our policies carefully, then sign and date below. 🚨 Emergencies In the event of an emergency, if a situation arises not due to our negligence, this establishment is authorized to seek immediate professional veterinary care for my pet (at my expense). Every effort will be made to contact me as soon as possible in such cases. 🐾 Coat Condition This establishment always places my pet’s comfort and safety above all else. If my pet’s coat is severely matted, I understand that the groomer may need to clip or shave the matted areas rather than perform a painful dematting procedure. I also understand that in cases of severe matting, there is a higher risk of clipper irritation or minor nicks, even though every effort will be made to prevent them. Matted pets require additional time and care; therefore, an extra fee will be added to the regular grooming price if my pet’s coat is matted. ❤️ Health I understand that grooming can be stressful for some pets. I agree to inform the groomer of any heart conditions or stress-related issues my pet may have prior to grooming. I also understand that my pet must be up to date on all vaccinations before each grooming appointment. 📅 Appointment & Cancellation Policy If I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment, I agree to provide at least 24 hours’ notice so that the appointment time can be made available to another client. If I miss an appointment without prior notice, I understand that payment for the missed appointment must be made before scheduling the next one. I have read and understand the above policies.
