Cancellation Policy

Please review our policies and then sign date at the bottom:   Please review our policies carefully, then sign and date below. 🚨 Emergencies In the event of an emergency, if a situation arises not due to our negligence, this establishment is authorized to seek immediate professional veterinary care for my pet (at my expense). Every effort will be made to contact me as soon as possible in such cases. 🐾 Coat Condition This establishment always places my pet’s comfort and safety above all else. If my pet’s coat is severely matted, I understand that the groomer may need to clip or shave the matted areas rather than perform a painful dematting procedure. I also understand that in cases of severe matting, there is a higher risk of clipper irritation or minor nicks, even though every effort will be made to prevent them. Matted pets require additional time and care; therefore, an extra fee will be added to the regular grooming price if my pet’s coat is matted. ❤️ Health I understand that grooming can be stressful for some pets. I agree to inform the groomer of any heart conditions or stress-related issues my pet may have prior to grooming. I also understand that my pet must be up to date on all vaccinations before each grooming appointment. 📅 Appointment & Cancellation Policy If I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment, I agree to provide at least 24 hours’ notice so that the appointment time can be made available to another client. If I miss an appointment without prior notice, I understand that payment for the missed appointment must be made before scheduling the next one.   I have read and understand the above policies.
